Assistance before and during your crossing

Guide dogs or assistance dogs
If you’ll be accompanied by a guide dog or assistance dog they are welcome to come aboard with you free of charge. However, please note your dog must fulfil all the requirements of the government’s PETS programme for animals travelling abroad from the UK. Click here for details.

Timings prior to check-in
Vehicles: Please aim to arrive at the MyFerryLink check-in booths at least one hour before your scheduled departure time. You’ll be given a special lane hanger and our team will instruct you so your car can be parked by the lifts.

Onboard facilities
You can access our passenger decks via lifts from the car deck. Disabled toilets are available and easily accessible on all of our ships. Our passenger areas are usually wide enough for wheelchairs to move around easily. If you would like your food to be brought to your table in the self service restaurant, just ask a member of our team, who will be happy to help.

Improving disabled access
We are constantly reviewing and improving our disabled access and facilities to comply with the latest legislation and ensure all our passengers travel as comfortably as possible.
